Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and using coaching services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, refrain from using the site and services. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and Elite Productivity Coaching LLC.

Service Description

We provide productivity coaching, assessment tools, workflow design, and accountability systems. Sessions are delivered virtually or in-person subject to schedule availability. All services are non-transferable and subject to fair use policies.

Payment & Cancellation

  • Fees are invoiced monthly or per package. Payment due within 15 days of invoice date.
  • Cancellation with 48-hour notice required for individual sessions; missed sessions without notice forfeit the session fee.
  • Annual contracts may be terminated with 30-day written notice; refunds prorated only for unused months in bundle packages.
  • Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest (18% APR) plus collection costs.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided (worksheets, templates, frameworks) are proprietary and for personal/non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale prohibited. Limited, revocable license granted upon service payment.

Limitation of Liability

EPC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury. Our total liability is capped at the total fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, CA, under JAMS rules. Class actions waived. California law governs these terms.

Investing in productivity coaching carries inherent risks, including financial outlay and time commitment. While our methods are evidence-based, individual results may vary.
